Do you have a notebook look like a lame gift?

I work part time for a hedge fund and I will visit the Philippines. I want to go to the Philippines and reached the Philippines Stock Exchange notebooks. My reasoning is all the other gifts available (hats, umbrellas) I have no idea whether or how they are used, while scraps that are actually used.
