Need help with the Nokia 6233 … Anybody know how to use the press to talk feature?

I intend to get a new phone mobile. I think the N6233 sounds pretty good. (If you found or are familiar with the issues or not is not about the product, please let me know). My needs are: A good camera resolution, (just good enough for normal photos that i can easily download to my PC), large memory storage, MP3 player, and push-to-talk "(who needs help with … I guess you need to know first if it really works) … please help, how it works Do I to subscribe? custom work if I am a prepaid user?
